Purchasing these books is in no way required for the course but would serve as excellent adjunct material to help support the work here.
A Wheel of Life worksheet (altered to bring the focus to relationships), this document is for students to print out and then mark (between 0-10) where they believe their current relationship is in terms of compatibility, fun, honesty and a myriad of other factors (students who are not in relationships should do this about a relationship from their past or their relationships in general.
In the introduction to the course, students learn why so many people struggle in their relationships, the reason why the solution is to start looking at ourselves and the memoir, storytelling show, book of essays, web series and college talk that went into creating this course.
Sheets for students to print out and use to write down the antonyms of their characteristics (should they choose not to use index cards). They are then to use them to look at and focus on every morning when they get up.
